regarding your question for Hakone tour: It is rather easy with the Hakone Free Pass. You just go to Shinjuku railway station. Look for the Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center. Here you can buy the Hakone Free Pass and will receive a leaflet. How a Hakone roundcouse can look like you can see under:
